Vice-Puppet Goy Richard Cheney is "in deep doo doo" according to an anonymous (the best kind) source at the Star Chamber Accounting Offices. Cheney has over 14 outstanding debts of honor with the Star Council ("he really is a screw-up" said the same source) and had no more deferments left. Cheney opted to whack other IJC members who had strayed from the pack rather than cutting off all the necessary fingers. First up for a long walk in the woods was Jack Abramoff, who maybe saw it coming.

"Normally a goy puppet member would never be allowed to do a fully-made IJC member, but that was how we knew Jack wouldn't see it coming," said agent 412 of the Star Chamber Accounting Office's Press Office (SCAOPO). "It was perfect but he blew this too, apparently the dummy couldn't resist saying his second-favorite Godfather quote just before the hit. Well, that was dumb because everyone knows that Jack is a big Godfather fan and he ran like hell and Cheney ends up nailing his back-up boy Harry 'it's not hairy' Whittington. What a screw up! I mean I am not even sure how many screw-ups it counts as if you screw up while trying to settle a debt for screwing up!" Agent 412 then took a very big bite of his sandwich and was unavailable for further comment.

VPG Cheney first came to the attention of the IJC Office of Duplicity at Yale in 1959.
